Left the house and can’t remember if you closed the garage door? Need to open it just a fraction to receive a parcel delivery or let the dog in? Using the B&D app, you can see in an instant whether your garage door is secure, or choose to open or close it as much as you like. It also sends instant notifications to your smart phone whenever the garage door is obstructed or opened for an extended period, giving you peace of mind when you’re away from home. The Smart Phone Control Kit is an available add-on for existing or new B&D motors.
